Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and handle tax compliance for our building material supply business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high-volume billing, bank reconciliations, and GST.
Responsibilities
Sale & Purchase Accounting Record daily sales invoices and purchase bills accurately in the accounting software.
Verify purchase bills against material delivery challans and transport receipts.Maintain up-to-date and clean ledger accounts for buyers (contractors/builders) and suppliers.
Bank Statement & Reconciliation Post accurate entries for all bank incoming and outgoing transactions daily.
Perform weekly/monthly bank reconciliations to ensure internal books match bank records.Track outstanding customer payments and prepare aging reports for management
.GST & Compliance assist in preparing monthly data for GST filings including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Reconcile purchase registers with GSTR-2B / 2A to claim accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC).Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices smoothly for daily material dispatches.
