About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious, hyper-efficient Mid-Level AI Coding Engineer who builds software by orchestrating AI rather than writing every line by hand. You treat English (or your precise prompt architecture) as your primary programming language, utilizing modern agentic IDEs and LLM workflows to spin up, test, iterate, and deploy production-ready code at lightning speed.

You aren't just looking for syntax errors; you act as the architectural conductor—directing AI assistants to build full-stack features, reviewing the output for logic and security, and shipping apps from zero to production in record time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Accelerated Development: Build, test, and ship web applications, microservices, and user interfaces rapidly by leveraging advanced AI coding environments (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, custom multi-agent coding loops).
• Intent & Context Orchestration: Write precise architectural briefs, system prompts, and context rules so LLMs generate clean, scalable components on the first pass.
• Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Take abstract product requirements and turn them into functional end-to-end applications through continuous prompt-test-refine feedback loops.
• Code Review & Quality Control: Review, refactor, and secure AI-generated codebases to ensure high performance, proper error handling, and robust state management before merging to production.
• API & Service Integration: Wire up frontend interfaces (Next.js, Tailwind) with backend logic, vector stores, and external AI endpoints (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek).
• What We Are Looking For (Requirements)Experience: 2 to 4 years of overall software development experience, with a proven track record of heavily utilizing AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate output.
• Mastery of AI Coding Toolchains: Deep proficiency working inside modern AI-native development environments (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Bolt/v0 workflows) and understanding how to feed proper context to LLMs.
• Full-Stack Literacy: While the AI writes the bulk of the code, you must have strong foundational knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python, and SQL/NoSQL databases to debug, validate, and steer the output effectively.
• Systems Thinking: Strong product intuition. You care more about whether a feature solves the user problem and works seamlessly than memorizing syntax.
