Job Description
KGN Associates is hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive for handling residential property sales, purchases, and rentals.
Responsibilities:
Generate and handle buyer, seller, and tenant leads.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with property owners and buyers.
Negotiate and assist in closing deals.
Maintain client database and daily reports.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Sales-oriented mindset.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in the field and meet clients.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
