Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding the brand's high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Product knowledge and inventory management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the e-commerce or gemstone industry is a plus
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
