Store Operations
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the outlet.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ensure all SOPs and company standards are followed.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and wastage.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of products.
Team Management
- Lead, train and motivate the store team.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Allocate daily duties and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Handle staff-related issues professionally.
- Hiring of new staff
