Job Description – Tally Calling Executive (Female)

Job Location: Mira Road

Work from Office (Offline job only)

Job Role:

Tally Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities

Making order confirmation calls to customers

Collecting customer feedback after order delivery

Handling customer satisfaction feedback calls

Calling and following up on IndiaMART leads

Maintaining basic call records and updates as required

Working Hours

Shift Options:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days

Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹2,000 per month (performance-based)

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Education: 12th Pass

Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic preferred)

Prior calling experience preferred but not mandatory

Additional Requirements

Punctual and disciplined approach to work

Ability to handle customers politely and professionally

Willingness to work from office
