Job Description
🚀 WE ARE HIRING – DIGITAL REPAIR SPECIALIST📌 Role: Digital Repair SpecialistEducation: ITI / Diploma
Preferably – ECE / Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science
Experience: 1.5 to 4 Years
- Key ResponsibilitiesShortlist, onboard and certify Partners / Technicians.
- Ensure partner availability and manage upgrades/terminations.
- Conduct initial training, reskilling, upskilling and refresher programs.
- Provide hands-on field training through OJT.
- Track KPIs and performance of Partners / Technicians and take corrective actions.
- Support issue resolution within TAT to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct audits, inventory reconciliation and FTTx device inspections.
- Handle walk-in customers, device repairs/swaps, CRM entries and software upgrades.
- Train and support extended service points.
- Travel to touchpoints as per business requirements.
- Manage complaints, out-calling and coaching of Jio Associates as required.
