Job Description – Telecaller-Cum-CounselorPosition: Telecaller-Cum-Counselor

Location: Moga Outlet

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives

About the RoleWe are looking for a Telecaller-Cum-Counselor for our Moga outlet. The candidate will be responsible for both telecalling and student counseling, handling leads, follow-ups, and converting prospective students into enrollments.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
  • Counsel students regarding our stock market courses and programs.
  • Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Follow up regularly with interested leads.
  • Handle walk-ins and provide proper course counseling.
  • Maintain lead and follow-up records.
  • Convert qualified leads into admissions.
  • Coordinate with the team to achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
  • Ensure a positive student experience throughout the counseling process.
  • RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with both telecalling and face-to-face counseling.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or education will be preferred.
