Job Description
Good knowledge of creating 3D models for building elevations and interior spaces.
Strong knowledge of 3D Max and rendering software such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or similar.
Ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic renders that closely match the original design concept.
Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, camera angles, and realistic detailing.
Should be able to convert 2D architectural drawings into accurate 3D models.
Ability to understand the architect’s design concept and present it accurately without unnecessary design changes.
Experience in creating realistic exterior elevations, interiors, and architectural visualizations.
Candidate should have a strong portfolio of previous 3D elevation and interior renders.
