Position: Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally ERP/Prime.
• Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills, and maintain tax records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Process employee reimbursements and maintain expense records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, bills, and invoices.
• Support inventory and stock reconciliation with the Store department.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

• PreferredExperience in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
