JOB TITLE: ASISSTANT STORE MANAGER

Job location: Mohali, Punjab (Phase-7)

Experience Required : 5 years in Retail and Store Management

Education: Post Graduate

Preference: Local candidates residing within a 10-15 minutes travelling distance of store location.

Job Summary: We are looking for a hard working Assistant Store Manager for our mohali store. In this role, you will manage daily store work, handle stock, and lead the team.

Key Roles & Resposibilities:

* Store operations: Manage daily store activities including opening/closing,billing,cash handling,and maintaining store clean and neat.

* Sales Driving: Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

* Team Management: Teach and help the floor staff , plan their work shifts, and motivate them to give great service to customers.

* Stock Management: Check stock level daily, count items to avoid mistakes.

* Customer Service: Handle everyday customer problem quickly and make sure has a friendly, premium shopping experience.

* Visual Merchandising: Set up attractive mannequin displays and arrange clothing neatly by color, size, and style.

* Cash Handling & Financial: Handle the store cash register responsibility and ensure complete accuracy in all transactions.

* Supervision of Billing Operations: Oversee the work of the Junior Cashier and ensure all billing procedures are followed accurately .Verify that billing, refunds, exchanges, and payment processing comply with company policies.

* Leadership & Loss Prevention: Remain vigilant for any suspicious activities, operational irregularities,or policy violations within store. Monitor staff conduct and ensure compliance with company procedures. Assist management in maintaining a secure, transparent, and accountable work environment.
