Barman – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per guest requirements.
  • Handle bar operations, including proper setup, cleanliness, and closing.
  • Maintain adequate stock of beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
  • Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of all drinks.
  • Take guest orders and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service standards.
