Billing clerk

• Invoice Generation and Billing
• Data Verification: Review purchase orders, sales receipts, and timesheets to verify the accuracy of charges.
• Payment Processing: Record incoming cash, check, credit card, and online money transfers into accounting ledgers.
• Account Maintenance: Update customer profiles with current contact information, payment terms, and balances.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Audit data to resolve billing errors, double entries, or disputed client fees.
• Collections Follow-up: Review unpaid balances and issue professional payment reminders via phone or email.
• Financial Reporting: Assist the finance team with monthly revenue summaries and ledger cash reconciliations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
