Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• BBA/MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated PCD Sales Executive to expand our Pharma PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) business by appointing new franchise partners and managing existing distributors. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint new PCD franchise partners and distributors.
• Generate leads through tele calling, digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing franchise partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle product inquiries, pricing, quotations, and order processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the PCD pharma business model.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in PCD pharma sales, franchise development, or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Existing network of distributors and franchise partners will be an advantage.
