Job Description
Event Manager (Catering & Events) | Nineteenth May, Sector 67 Mohali
Nineteenth May is a premium resto-bar, catering and events brand in Mohali, running since 2019. We have catered corporate events for Sun Pharma (1,100 guests) and HDFC (800 guests). We are hiring an Event Manager to coordinate all our catering and event bookings. Female candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all catering and event enquiries: client calls, menu discussion, quotations and confirmations
- Prepare BEO / function sheets and share with kitchen, service and purchase teams
- Coordinate venue, setup, staffing, transport and timelines for every event
- Be on-site for events, manage client requirements and ensure smooth execution
- Collect advance and final payments, follow up on dues and client feedback
- Build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners and venues for repeat business
Who we want:
- 3+ years in catering, banquets or event management (hotel / caterer / event company)
- Good English and Hindi/Punjabi communication, confident with clients
- Organised, good with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp coordination
- Ready for event-day field work and flexible timings on event days
What we offer:
- Salary up to Rs 30,000 per month
