- Role: Customer Support executive
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Chandigarh / Mohali, India
- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers welcome)
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts (includes night shifts)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer inbound customer queries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Active Listening: Understand customer problems clearly and deliver solutions politely.
- Database Management: Record correct notes, logs, and customer updates inside the CRM system.
- Teamwork: Work closely with supervisors to meet daily service level agreements (SLAs).
🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills
- Superb English Fluency: Outstanding verbal communication, correct grammar, and clear writing.
- Customer Empathy: Ability to stay patient, calm, and respectful under pressure.
- Technical Comfort: Solid typing speed and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.
- Education: Graduate degree or high school equivalent (10+2).
