Collection ExecutiveFollow up with customers for pending payments.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Maintain outstanding payment records.
Handle customer queries related to payments.
Coordinate with accounts and sales teams.
Prepare daily/weekly collection reports.
Ensure timely recovery of overdue amounts.
Skills: Good communication, negotiation, follow-up skills, basic Excel, and target-oriented approach.
