Job Description
KRA – Content Marketing Manager
1. Content Strategy – Develop and execute content strategy aligned with company goals.
2. Content Creation & Management – Plan, create, edit, and publish blogs, website content, social media posts, emails, and marketing materials.
3. SEO Content – Ensure content is SEO-friendly and supports keyword rankings and organic traffic growth.
4. Content Calendar – Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar with timely execution.
5. Lead Generation – Create content that attracts, engages, and converts potential customers.
6. Social Media Content – Coordinate with the social media team for regular and engaging content.
7. Website Content – Maintain and improve website pages, landing pages, and service/product content.
8. Performance Tracking – Monitor content performance through traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and rankings.
9. Competitor Research – Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify new content opportunities.
10. Team Management – Manage writers, designers, SEO team, and other content-related resources.
11. Quality & Brand Consistency – Ensure all content follows company branding, tone, grammar, and quality standards.
12. Reporting – Submit regular content performance reports and achieve assigned monthly targets.
