Job Description
COOK / CHEF REQUIRED
Next Chapter House (NCH) – Mohali, Punjab
Position: Cook / Chef
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Food Requirement: Vegetarian
Residents: 20–26 students/residents
Job Responsibilities
* Prepare 3 fresh vegetarian meals daily – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
* Plan and prepare simple, hygienic and tasty meals suitable for students/residents.
* Manage daily kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness.
* Handle basic grocery/vegetable requirements and coordinate with management regarding stock.
* Maintain proper food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
* Prepare meals according to the weekly/monthly menu decided by management.
* Ensure food is prepared on time as per the daily schedule.

Requirements
* Previous experience as a Cook/Chef, preferably in a hostel, PG, mess, hotel or household kitchen.
* Ability to cook vegetarian North Indian meals.
* Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
* Responsible, punctual and reliable.
* Experience cooking for 20–30 people will be preferred.
Working Schedule
* 3 meals per day
* Full-time residential role
* Weekly off can be discussed with management.
Salary
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and cooking skills.
Stay + Food provided by NCH.
