Job Description
Job Title: Chat Support Executive
Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts. This is a work-from-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to customers via chat.
- Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Basic knowledge of computers and typing skills.
