Customer Relations Officer

We are looking for a female tele-calling executive to join our customer engagement team. The role involves calling customers who have left items in their cart without completing the purchase and following up with existing customers post-purchase to collect feedback and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers with abandoned checkouts and encourage them to complete their purchase
• Address customer queries/concerns to help convert the order
• Call customers after delivery to request product reviews and ratings
• Maintain a daily record of calls made, conversions, and feedback collected
• Build a polite and persuasive rapport with customers over the phone

Requirements:

• Good spoken and listening English skills (mandatory)
• Prior experience in customer calling/telecalling/telesales is a plus (not mandatory)
• Basic smartphone and internet knowledge
• Confident, polite, and patient communication style
• Female candidates only
