Customer Service Executive – Primerishta
Primerishta is looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer communication, understand matchmaking requirements, provide timely support, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer preferences and matchmaking requirements.
- Coordinate with matchmakers and relationship managers.
- Follow up with customers and provide regular updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Punjabi and English communication.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management is preferred.
