CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE Location: Mohali, Punjab

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

Shift: Rotational Shifts & Day Shifts Available

Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team in Mohali. The salary will be decided based on the candidate’s communication skills, relevant experience, and overall suitability for the role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, chats, or other communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with customers.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned performance and service targets.
• EligibilityFreshers and candidates with relevant customer service/BPO experience can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing/support environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Candidates with relevant BPO, Customer Support, Voice Process, Sales, or Telecalling experience will be preferred.

Salary & Shift DetailsRotational Shift:

💰 ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

🚕 Cab facility provided

Day Shift:

💰 Salary up to ₹20,000 CTC
