Job Description – Customer Support ExecutivePosition: Customer Support Executive

Location: Mohali

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Shift: Day/Night shifts depending on process

Cab Facility: Available for eligible candidates

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through voice/chat/email as per the process.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company processes and quality standards.
  • Document customer interactions and update records.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
  • RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English/Hindi.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer-focused and professional attitude.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
  • Prior experience in customer support/BPO/voice/chat process will be an advantage.
