Job Description
Hiring – Dispatch Team
Industry: Nutraceuticals
1. Dispatch Head
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete dispatch and logistics operations.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales and transporters.
- Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices and documentation.
- Supervise the dispatch team and ensure proper inventory movement.
2. Dispatch Assistant
Experience: 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily dispatch and warehouse activities.
- Prepare dispatch documents and maintain records.
- Coordinate with transporters and internal teams.
- Ensure proper packing, checking and loading of orders.
3. Dispatch Labour
Experience: Fresher/Experienced
Salary: ₹18,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing, loading and unloading of finished goods.
- Support dispatch and warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper handling and movement of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dispatch area.
