Job Description
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 6 months – 3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive who can manage and grow our online marketplace presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace operations, product listings, order management, inventory, promotions, and performance monitoring.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes
- Manage product catalogs, pricing, inventory, and stock availability
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer issues
- Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for timely order processing and dispatch
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Plan and manage marketplace promotions, deals, discounts, and campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales
- Monitor competitors, pricing, product positioning, and marketplace trends
- Handle marketplace account health and resolve listing/catalog-related issues
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, orders, returns, and overall marketplace performance
- Good understanding of product listing and marketplace optimization
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional activities is a plus
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple products and marketplace activities simultaneously
