Job Description
The job description of an Export Documentation Specialist typically includes the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, including freight forwarders and customs brokers, to facilitate smooth export processes.
