Job OverviewWe are looking for energetic and responsible Field Executives to join our team in the Banking & Financial Services sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer interaction, lead generation, and supporting various banking and financial service activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and clients in the assigned area.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Explain banking and financial products/services to customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Complete field verification and other assigned field activities.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer service.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of banking/financial services is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.
