Job Description

Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various clients across different BFSI.

Source and recruit top talent through lateral hiring, BFSI and volume hiring methods.

Conduct mass hiring Drive to attract large numbers of candidates.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and plans.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client requirements.
