International Sales Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali, India. The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating leads, conducting outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, building and nurturing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with product knowledge, addressing their concerns, and meeting sales targets set by the organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Primary requirement).
• Freshers are welcome; Graduates are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident, presentable, and proactive approach toward client interactions.
• Basic understanding of sales and lead generation concepts (training will be provided).
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and US shift timings.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.

Selected candidates will receive proper training and guidance. The key expectation is strong communication skills, confidence while speaking with clients, and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.

Candidates should be comfortable working in US shift timings.
