💼 Position: International Voice process agent

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented International Voice Process Agent (Night Shift) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, promoting products/services, closing sales, and meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make inbound calls to international prospects/customers.
- Effectively pitch for services to potential clients.
- Handle objections and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts/time-zone-specific shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A positive attitude and a drive to achieve results.
