Meta Ads Expert

Seeking a skilled and performance-driven Meta /Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both platforms, a track record of delivering high ROI, and the ability to make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) campaigns.
2. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
3. Optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
4. Develop and test creative ad strategies (copy, visuals, targeting).
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in Google and Meta platforms.
6. Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
7. Monitor campaign analytics and Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
2. Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel strategies.
3. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
4. Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
5. Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
