Job Description
About the Role:
We are hiring a dedicated Panel Wiring and Field Installation Technician. This is a hybrid field-cum-in-house role. On active project days, you will visit client sites for installation and wiring tasks. During non-field days, you will work in-house at our premises for panel assembly, wiring, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete panel wiring, assembly, and testing according to technical diagrams/specifications.
Perform on-site installation, field wiring, and system testing at customer locations.
Travel to local/regional client sites using personal 2-wheeler(Full cost provided).
Handle in-house technical tasks, panel prep work, and inventory support when no field visits are scheduled.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and safe completion of projects.
Key Requirements:
Basic/Practical knowledge of panel wiring, electrical installation, or control panels.
Must possess a valid Driving License and personal 2-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter).
Willingness to perform both field visits and in-house workshop work.
Good troubleshooting skills and a strong commitment to work ethics.
