Role Overview

We are hiring a highly driven Sales Manager – DST responsible for direct client acquisition, field sales execution, relationship management, and revenue generation.

The role requires a strong on-ground presence, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to convert leads and close deals in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate new leads through field activities, references, and direct client interactions.

 Conduct site visits, property tours, and professional presentations.

 Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships.

 Develop business through clients from Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate backgrounds.

 Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams for smooth deal execution.

 Manage client follow-ups, negotiations, and conversions.

 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

 Maintain daily field activity reports and regular CRM updates.

 Ensure excellent customer experience and post-visit engagement.
