Sales Executive

We are looking for an active and motivated Field Sales Executive to work on the ground, connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote our rooftop solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit residential areas, markets, and potential customer locations.
• Generate leads and collect customer contact details for solar installations.
• Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems to customers.
• Identify interested customers and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.
• Maintain a daily record of leads, customer details, and field activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Confidence in approaching and interacting with new people.
• Previous field sales or lead-generation experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
