Sales Executive

-Welcome and attend customers professionally at the showroom.

-Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.

-Present suitable Gold, Diamond, Silver and other jewellery products.

-Explain product features, purity, pricing, making charges, offers and relevant product information clearly.

-Assist customers in comparing and selecting jewellery.

-Work towards individual and showroom sales targets.

-Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

-Coordinate with Billing/Cashier and other team members for smooth completion of sales.

-Maintain proper handling, presentation and arrangement of jewellery at the counter.

-Follow prescribed procedures while showing, receiving and returning jewellery articles at the counter.

-Maintain accuracy and alertness while handling valuable inventory.

-Support stock checking and counter/display verification as required.

-Record or communicate customer enquiries and follow-up requirements to the CRM/team.

-Keep assigned counters and display areas organized and presentable.

-Participate in product training, sales training and team meetings.

-Follow company policies, showroom procedures and security requirements.
