Sales & Marketing Executive

We are hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive for our pharmaceutical company. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing online sales, telesales, customer communication, lead follow-ups, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online sales through digital platforms, social media, WhatsApp, and other channels.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Explain pharmaceutical products clearly to customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and customer-support teams.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, orders, follow-ups, and sales performance.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, FMCG, or healthcare sales will be preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Smart, confident, polite, and professional personality.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of telesales, online sales, and customer follow-up processes.

• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, email, social media, and basic computer applications.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Ability to communicate in English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
