Senior Solution Consultant

India -Remote

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Minimum 5+ years of Pharmacovigilance (PV) / Drug Safety Services experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and designing client-specific safety solutions.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, including the application of automation to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Experience working with clients across the full lifecycle, from pre-award proposal development through post-award delivery and account management.
• Responsible for the design, operational execution, and successful delivery of global Pharmacovigilance solutions.
• Accountable for:
  • Pre-sales support and solution development
  • Preparation of budgets and commercial proposals
  • Post-award account management
  • Client relationship management and delivery oversight
• Functions as an individual contributor, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality safety solutions.
