Job Description

Technical Sales Executive – TTB Antivirus & TTB VPN

We are hiring a confident and target-driven Technical Sales Executive to sell our cybersecurity products, including TTB Antivirus and TTB VPN.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and sales calls
  • Explain Antivirus, VPN, online privacy and security features
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right product
  • Follow up with leads and close sales
  • Upsell renewals, upgrades and additional services
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Good spoken English
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers, Antivirus, VPN or cybersecurity
  • Comfortable dealing with international customers
  • Previous experience in technical sales, software sales, international voice process or IT sales preferred
