Telecaller – Immigration

  • Handle customer calls and immigration enquiries.
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with leads.
  • Explain study, work & PR visa services.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments for counsellors.
  • Maintain call records and achieve targets.
  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred.
