Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Training Coordinator & Counselor to drive our technical training programs. You will visit engineering and polytechnic colleges, deliver presentations, build partnerships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and counsel students on industrial skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Institutional Tie-ups: Partner with college TPOs, HODs, and Deans to finalize training program agreements.
  • Seminars & Presentations: Conduct interactive seminars and workshops on college campuses.
  • Student Counseling: Guide students through 1-on-1 and group counseling sessions regarding technical skills and industry demands.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert student inquiries from campus visits into active training enrollments.
  • Execution: Plan and manage college visit schedules, seminars, and training calendars.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in College Sales, Educational Counseling, Institutional BD, or Training Coordination.
  • Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to college campuses across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and nearby regions.
  • Proven ability to connect and negotiate with college decision-makers.
