ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling holiday packages and travel tickets to customers, understanding their travel needs, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. This is a full-time, work-from-office role on day shift, ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction and have a flair for sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell domestic and international holiday packages, flight and travel tickets to customers

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales

• Understand customer requirements (budget, destination, dates) and recommend suitable packages

• Convince and persuade customers by highlighting package benefits, offers, and value for money

• Follow up consistently with prospective customers to close bookings

• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and documentation

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to earn performance-based incentives

• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales in the system/CRM

• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication skills (verbal) — confident and convincing on calls

• Prior experience in travel sales, ticketing, or telesales preferred (freshers with strong communication may also apply)

• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with MS Office / booking systems

• Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Pleasant, customer-first attitude and ability to handle objections confidently

• Willingness to work full-time from office on day shift

WHAT WE OFFER

• Fixed salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month based on experience

• Attractive incentives on top of fixed salary for achieving sales targets

• Day shift only — no night shifts
