Visa Counsellor

We are looking for a confident, responsible, and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients/students regarding visa and immigration processes, understanding their requirements, assessing their profiles, and guiding them through the complete application process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students/clients regarding visa and immigration options based on their profile and requirements.
• Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, application procedures, and timelines clearly.
• Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa categories/countries.
• Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Assist clients in preparing and organizing the required documentation.
• Ensure visa applications and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, applications, and follow-ups.
• Keep updated with changes in visa rules, immigration policies, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
• Maintain proper records of clients, applications, follow-ups, and case status.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into successful applications.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional support throughout the process.
• Meet individual and team counselling/conversion targets.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Prior experience in visa counselling, immigration, overseas education, or customer counselling will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
• Good English communication skills; knowledge of Hindi/local language will be an advantage.
