Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and staff.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Perform regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
- Ensure proper stock inward and outward processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Organise warehouse space for maximum efficiency and safety.
- Ensure all products are labelled, stored, and handled correctly.
- Coordinate with the sales and purchasing teams for stock availability.
- Manage dispatches, returns, and damaged stock.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management software or ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and company procedures.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
