Job Description

Customer Service Executive – MorbiLocation: Morbi, Gujarat

Qualification: B.Com

Experience: Freshers or candidates with basic customer service experience

Job Description:

  • Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on requests.
  • Good communication and basic computer knowledge required.
  • Candidates with basic knowledge of customer service/insurance will be preferred.
  • Freshers with a B.Com degree can also apply. Training will be provided.
  • Candidate should be available to join immediately.
