HR Cluster Manager

The HR Cluster Manager will oversee all human resources functions across multiple business clusters, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and local regulations. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR analytics. The manager will lead a team of HR specialists, develop and implement HR policies, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives across all clusters.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Design and implement talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision‑making and improve HR effectiveness.
• Collaborate with finance to manage HR budgets and cost controls.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on employee relations, organizational change, and workforce planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi‑cluster or multi‑region environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic business environment.
