📋 Key Responsibilities:

👋 Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and customers professionally.

📞 Handle incoming calls, basic enquiries, and direct them to the concerned person or department.

📝 Manage guest registrations and maintain accurate visitor records.

💻 Perform basic computer operations and update information using MS Excel.

📊 Maintain daily records, reports, and other required documentation.

🏨 Assist guests with basic queries and provide necessary information about the property/services.

🤝 Maintain positive relationships with guests and ensure a pleasant front-desk experience.

🗂️ Maintain and organize front-office records and documents.

🔄 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

✨ Ensure the reception area remains professional, organized, and welcoming.

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, as per skill and experience
