Job Description
We are looking for energetic and well-groomed F&B Service Associates / Waiters to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food & drinks, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests politely and assist them with seating.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks as per service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen team for timely service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Clear tables and reset for next guests.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Upsell menu items when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
- 0–2 years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or resort (freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi).
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
