Job Description
AC & REFRIGERATOR TECHNICIAN – PG/CO-LIVING PROPERTIES
Responsibilities:
Service, repair and install split/window AC units and refrigerators across Navkar Estates PG properties.
Attend tenant complaints for AC/fridge issues within committed time.
Carry out routine gas top-up, cleaning, and preventive maintenance visits.
Coordinate with the property caretaker/manager to schedule visits without disturbing tenants.
Maintain a record of repairs, spare parts used, and warranty status per unit.
Suggest replacement vs repair to management with cost estimates.
Requirements:
Prior experience as AC/refrigerator technician (freshers with ITI/trade training may also apply).
Own basic tools; company provides spares and consumables.
Should be comfortable travelling between properties in Mulund, Bhandup, Thane and nearby areas.
Honest, punctual and courteous with tenants.
