Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Accounting Executive to manage our daily company billing and accounts. You will handle Tally entries, GST/TDS compliance, client invoicing, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting and voucher entries in Tally.
  • Generate and manage client billing and invoicing.
  • Handle GST and TDS calculations and data preparation.
  • Manage financial data entry and reports using MS Excel and Word.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in accounting or billing.
  • Education: B.Com or equivalent degree.
  • Software: Must know Tally, MS Excel (formulas), and MS Word.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of basic taxation and accounting rules.
